For regular services like haircuts and color maintenance, we recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance, especially if you need a specific stylist or a prime evening/weekend slot. For corrective color or specialty services (like extensions), please book 4 to 6 weeks out as these require more time for consultation and service.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (typically 50% of the service cost). This policy allows us to offer the reserved time to another client.
We understand that things happen! If you anticipate being late, please call us immediately. We allow a 10 to 15-minute grace period for most appointments. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to modify or shorten your service to avoid inconveniencing the client booked after you. For lengthy services like coloring, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which will trigger our standard cancellation policy.
Yes, a complimentary consultation is mandatory before booking any major service like corrective color, initial balayage, or hair extensions. This allows your stylist to assess your hair's history, texture, and current condition. We need this time to discuss your goals, select the right products, and provide you with an accurate time estimate and final price quote, ensuring we reserve the correct amount of time for your transformation.
We kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone if possible. Our seating capacity is reserved for clients receiving services. If you must bring an essential guest, please call ahead. Due to safety concerns involving hot tools, chemicals, and sharp instruments, children are not permitted in the service area unless they are receiving a service themselves and are able to sit unattended.
Our pricing is based on two factors: the level of the stylist (determined by their experience, advanced education, and client demand) and the complexity and time required for the service. Our starting prices are available online, but since factors like hair thickness, length, and the current state of your hair can significantly impact color application time and product usage, we strongly recommend a complimentary consultation for any color service.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, and cash. We also offer Apple Pay and other digital payment options at checkout. Please note that for large services (like extension installation), we require a deposit, and we do not accept personal checks.
Our tiered pricing structure reflects the stylist's demand, experience, and commitment to advanced education. Our Master Stylists have significantly more years of experience, have completed the highest level of in-house training, and typically command a higher price. This system ensures you can choose a stylist whose price point and experience level perfectly match your budget and hair goals.
Gratuity is not included in our service prices. Tipping is left completely to your discretion, but it is a customary and appreciated way to acknowledge your stylist for their hard work and dedication. Our stylists accept gratuity via cash, credit card, or digital payment apps.
We strive for total price transparency. The price quoted for services like a haircut is generally fixed. However, for color and chemical services, an additional charge for excessive product usage may apply if your hair is very long or exceptionally thick and requires more product than standard.
This depends on the service. For haircuts, styling, and blowouts, please arrive with your hair clean and fully dry. For most chemical color services (especially those touching the scalp, like root color), we recommend arriving with hair that hasn't been washed for 1 to 2 days.
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely happy with your final look, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment date. We will happily schedule a complimentary adjustment service with your original stylist to correct or fine-tune the result.
To ensure the best possible plan, please bring three to five inspirational photos of the exact hair color or style you are hoping to achieve. This gives us a clear visual goal. Also, be prepared to discuss your hair history over the last two years (including any box dyes, perms, or major chemical processes), and be honest about your daily styling routine and maintenance budget.
Our complimentary adjustment service (within 7 days) guarantees the result matches the original consultation agreement and technical standards. It does not cover a change of mind about the style, color, or length that was previously discussed and approved.
